- Tomatoes, eggplants, melons peas, cucumbers. peppers, beans, basil, herbs
Overcrowding
- The closer the plants, the more clipping pruning, trellising
Companion Planting
- Marigolds attract pollinators, deters insects and birds.
- Sunflowers attract pollinators.
- Oregano or basil with Tomatoes to deter pests.
Crop Placement
- Sow tall plants on north side of your garden to reduce shading. Sun-loving plants need 5-6 hrs of sunlight. Shade crops need 5 hrs. of sunlight.
Keep It Green
