Fran Carlo

With 30+ years of professional experience and the last 20 of them in senior and executive leadership capacities on a global scale, Economic Development Officer, Fran Carlo, has been part of some very interesting journeys.

Working primarily for technology companies, he has had the pleasure to work with many industries and firms from inception to substantial growth over long periods of time.

Fran has been part of IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds as well as balancing time for non-profits and community organizations.

Being a lifelong athlete, he balances work time, family time and fun time. His interests include motorcycles, boating, and golf. As a former college baseball player, he played competitive softball for 30 years.

Fran has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Business Administration.

He resides with his wife of 32 years he met in college, they have two adult daughters and their rescue dog, Domino. Fran and Dawn adopted Domino from a local shelter, Buddy Dog Humane Society, Inc. in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
